December 3, 2008 > The Festival of the Trees The Festival of the Trees Commissioner Catherine Gray revealed that the first ever Festival of the Trees will take place Thursday, December 4 at the City Hall Rotunda. There will be themed trees that are sponsored by local businesses. These trees will be auctioned off, and all proceeds will benefit the Milpitas Parks and Recreation Foundation scholarship program.
