Smith The League of Women Voters of Fremont, Newark and Union City are hosting the city managers from Fremont, Newark and Union City at the Silliman Center on Monday November 17 at 7 p.m. They will discuss their respective cities budget and the impacts of the current and proposed state budget on the Tri-City area.
