October 29, 2008 > Measure I Site Design Input Committee Meeting Measure I Site Design Input Committee Meeting Submitted By Val Joyner On June 3, 2008, 72 percent of Hayward voters said "YES" to Measure I, the $205 million bond measure that will fund the upgrading and modernization of five HUSD schools (MLK JR. Middle School, and Fairview, Shafer Park, East Avenue, and Tyrrell Elementary Schools). Tuesday, October 21 at 3:30 p.m., the first Measure I Site Design Committee Meeting will be held at the SIAC Center. Join us to learn more about the facilities master plan, and the Site Committee's goals and objectives. All five Site Committees and architect firms will be present.
