By Meenu Gupta
You have a golden chance to enjoy a baseball game in the backdrop of the Bay Bridge and the marina. Celebrating India's Independence Day for the first time ever at AT&T PARK with Giants Game, the Federation of Indo-American Association of Northern California (FIANC) invites you to be a part of this momentous event.
The evening will proudly showcase Indian culture and people of this heritage. The SF Giants take on the Colorado Rockies in a unique environment enriched by beautifully choreographed Indian dances, colorful Indian costumes and cultural programs. A reasonable $20 package includes a seat in FIANC India Independence Day Celebrations Section and souvenir Cap from Giants and an Indian themed cultural program.
"For groups buying 25 tickets or more, their names will flash on the AT&T Ball Park's screen." Sponsors are welcome to contact Deepak Nagpal at (209) 247-8672. "We have sponsorships starting from $500."
FIANC stands for the diversity that exists among Indians and Indo-Americans and invites all Indians and non-Indians regardless of race, culture, religion or age to join them. For more information, call (510) 792-3393 or visit www.fianc.net.
