Learn about healthy practices as well as heart and prostate health, smoking cessation, nutrition, new fatherhood and more. Free body mass index and blood glucose/pressure screenings will also be offered. Don't miss a special presentation by a Kaiser Permanente physician called "Men's Bodies - An Owner's Manual: What Men Need to Know About How Things Work." This free community event features health screenings, giveaways and refreshments.
