March 26, 2008 > San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club events San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club events Submitted By Brent Halpenny, President SFBACC The San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club (SFBACC) will be holding two free Open House sessions, one on Thursday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. at Sharks Ice in Fremont and the other on Tuesday, April 8, at 7:45 p.m. at Sharks Ice in San Jose. Both of these sessions are open to all ages, so please bring out your family and friends. Opportunities for league play and extended lessons with the SFBACC will be available in the weeks following the Open Houses. For league play, contact drawmaster@bayareacurling.com. For lessons, contact classes@bayareacurling.com. The SFBACC Fiftieth Anniversary Banquet will be held at the end of April. Further information will be forthcoming. There will be dining, dancing and an awards ceremony. Good curling and keep you brooms on the ice.
