March 26, 2008 > Opening day BBQ Opening day BBQ Submitted By J. Cartee Union City Fire Fighters Local 1946 hosted a BBQ for the Union City American Little League. The fire fighters cooked and served over 400 hamburgers and hot dogs to the Little Leaguer's at their Opening Day at Hall Ranch Park Fields. Union City Fire Fighters donated the funds that fed the players and the coaches. The Fire Fighters participated in the Opening Ceremony with their Antique Fire Engine.
