March 19, 2008 > LOV those fashions LOV those fashions Submitted By Shirley Sisk On Sunday, March 30, from Noon - 4 p.m., the Tri-Cities League of Volunteers (LOV) is holding a deluxe buffet luncheon and fashion show at the Hilton Hotel in Newark. An impressive list of 20 men and women "celebrities" from the Tri-City community will be modeling the new spring clothing from Lane Bryant and Men's Wearhouse. Everyone attending will receive a promotional gift from Lane Bryant, a table favor from Entourage Hair Design, and a ticket for fantastic door prizes donated by California Skin Care & Day Spa and LOV volunteer Dottie Scott. The spa door prize is a $300 "Lavish in Romance" day at the spa for two and includes whirlpool, side by side one-hour massages, champagne, and chocolates. Dottie Scott is donating a beautiful handmade Queen-size bedspread, or afghan. There will also be an opportunity to take home great silent auction prizes. The cost is $45 per person. Purchase a table of 10 and it will be reserved with a sign. A table sign is only $100. Proceeds will benefit LOV's many programs for the Tri-City community.
