Hayward Unified School District (HUSD) has a few community surveys available online. There is a General Survey for staff, students, community-at-large, and Hayward residents and also a Parent Survey for HUSD Parents. Parents and community members in Hayward now have a chance to make their opinions known about schools in their district. HUSD is conducting a survey to measure the community's perceptions, satisfaction, and needs related to the school district's operations. The survey will be administered by marketing students at California State University East Bay. The purpose of the survey is to help the HUSD administration gauge community perceptions related to various performance indicators. The survey results will provide a benchmark for the district that will identify need and opportunity areas. The CSUEB students will present the results in late March.
