Free business workshops in Hayward

The City of Hayward and the Hayward Chamber of Commerce have partnered with the Cal State East Bay - Small Business Development Center to offer free monthly business workshops to support small business growth in Hayward.

If you own a business, or would like to learn more about owning one, call to register for a free small business workshop. The next workshop is on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers of Hayward City Hall and is called "Getting Certified."

Are you interested in learning how to get your foot in the door of Federal, State, and Local agencies? This class will teach you how to sell your products and services to Public Sector agencies, and to network and approach procurement officers. The panel session will include procurement reps from organizations on Federal, State, and Local levels.
