March 13, 2007 > Fundraiser for Darfur victims Fundraiser for Darfur victims Paddy's Coffee House in Union City will host a fundraiser March 16 and 17 to benefit victims of the humanitarian crisis in Darfur, Africa. That weekend, Paddy's will host photo displays; speakers recounting their personal experiences in Darfur; and possibly even movies filmed in the war-torn region. 100 percent of customer sales will be donated to the efforts of Doctors Without Borders in Darfur. Paddy notes that his suppliers are also donating their products to this worthy cause. San Francisco Bay Area Darfur Coalition is assisting Paddy's in promoting the fundraiser.
