March 6, 2007 > Teen Talent shines at local showcase
Saturday night, March 3rd, was filled with song and dance as a full house listened to local talent at the Teen Talent Showcase in Fremont. The event, held at the Teen Center at Central Park in Fremont, lived up to its promise of an evening filled with talented singers, dancers and musicians. Sixteen acts demonstrated why they were selected to perform including: Billy the Kid (band), Rico Rodriguez (dance), Michelle Valentine (singer), Jamie Tibor (singer/musician), Heather Doyle (dance), Katie O'Brien (singer), Sydney Ortega (singer), Allison Drumm (dance), The Domino Effect (band), Chinmai/Prasanna/Hrishikesh (music), Venus Shih (dance), Devan Rae Segura (singer), Esteban Leon (musician), Joshua Hopkins (singer/spoken word), Shake your Groove Thing (dance), Referral (band). |
