January 9, 2007 > National high school wrestling tournament National high school wrestling tournament By Biff Jones Fremont's California School for the Deaf will be hosting the 3rd annual National Deaf Prep Dual Wrestling Tournament on Friday and Saturday, January 19 and 20. Teams from West Hartford, CT, Washington, DC, Frederick, MD, Indianapolis, IN, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Riverside, CA will fly or drive to the Bay Area to join CSD in the tournament. This elite invitational tournament is open to the general public for a nominal fee ($2-$5). Preliminaries matches will be on Friday, with finals scheduled Saturday.
