Local artist are invited to show off their wares at Union City's Third Annual Fall Festival of the Arts. The event will join Farmers Market in Old Alvarado Park on Saturday, Sept. 30 showcasing art, crafts, food, and wine. Past festivals have displayed pottery, jewelry, glass works, and oil and watercolor paintings. All types of art are welcome.

For $35, participants will receive a 10 X 10 space. However, they are responsible for supplying their own tables and tents for setup. Applications are available at Paddy's Coffee House, 3900 Smith St., Union City, online at www.paddyscoffee.com, or, to have an application mailed to you contact Diane La Mountaine at (510) 477-9459. Completed applications should be sent to Fall Festival, c/o La Mountaine, 30717 Canterbury Ct., Union City, CA 94587. There is no deadline for participation.
