Yoga of Breath

An Evening of Yoga and Meditation Fremont Main Library

On Wednesday, June 23, Fremont Main Library will offer the program "Yoga of Breath" from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

"You all have a built-in ability to calm the mind, heal the body, and energize the whole system in minutes. The secret is in the breath."

The presenter, Neha Patel, is a yoga teacher with the Art of Living Foundation.

The session includes an introduction to yoga, a video on yoga of breath, practicing yoga postures, and will end with meditation.

The program is FREE and no registration required.

For more information about this event, call the Library at (510) 745-1401. Fremont Main Library, a branch of the Alameda County Library, is located at 2400 Stevenson Blvd. in Fremont and is wheelchair accessible.
