Heritage Bank of Commerce hires Robert Alan Johnson as Senior VP Credit Administration

San Jose (PRNewswire), July 13_Heritage Bank of Commerce, the operating bank of Heritage Commerce Corp (NASDAQ:HTBK) , announced Robert Alan Johnson joins the Bank as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration.

"With more than 28 years of business banking experience, Robert Johnson brings solid executive management skills and extensive expertise in credit administration to our team. His knowledge of credit analysis, portfolio management, loan workouts and credit policy will further build our credit administration capabilities," said Walter T. Kaczmarek, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Formerly the Chief Credit Officer with Legacy Bank in Campbell, California, Johnson also served as the acting President and CEO of Sand Hill Capital. He also served as a manager for business banking or credit departments at Union Bank of California, Silicon Valley Bank, Pacific Western Bank (now Comerica Bank) and Bank of the West.
Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Finance with a minor in Accounting from San Jose State University.
