Ohlone College will be offering a one week softball camp on the Ohlone College Softball Field for girls and boys aged 7 to 15. The camp will be held from July 24 to 28, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Cost of the camp is $125 and will include lunch and snacks each day plus a free T-shirt, visor and water bottle.

Under the direction of Ohlone College head softball coach, Dona Runyon, the week-long camp will emphasize skills needed for throwing, fielding, pitching and catching while stressing the important aspects of each defensive position through numerous drills.

The camp provides each child an opportunity to experience Coach Runyon's offensive and defensive philosophies, while teaching the importance of team play, mental toughness and self-confidence which can be gained through daily practice.
