Fremont Community Church and various sponsors invite Tri-City senior citizens and single parents to participate in free oil changes and car washes throughout the summer.

Beginning Wednesday, June 14 and continuing every Wednesday through August 30th, eligible participants may bring their vehicles to Bay Area Bumpers at 7887 Enterprise Drive in Newark 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. for the free services.
