The Blue Tigers of FC Fremont's Under 10 Girls' soccer league played two exciting games this past week--Thursday, April 27.

The Blue Tigers experienced their first loss against the Panthers on Thursday evening--score: 6 - 3. The teams were quite competitive as most of the first half went scoreless. Sif Snorradottir shined as defender and made an incredible save as Goalie. Donna Wingate played an aggressive game, scoring our team's 3 goals with an expert assist by Kayla Williams on the third. Kayla also prevented many goals as Goalie. Kudos in the second half go to Lina Abdelsalam great dribbling and bringing the ball up the field, Natalia Neira for strong defense, good clearing and passing and Pavitra Ravishankar, good hustling as forward.

On Saturday, April 29, the Blue Tigers were back on their winning track, defeating the Pink Panthers 5 - 4.

The Blue Tigers quickly scored a first goal thanks to agile Donna Wingate and Keerat Bains scored her first exciting goal! Pavitra Ravishankar and Priyanka Davar played aggressive defense keeping the game scoreless until the second half. The Pink Panthers came back strong in the second half scoring 4 goals. Congrats to Megan Heyes and Kayla Williams, each scoring a goal--bringing the final score to 5 - 4. Lastly, kudos to Kaavya Ashok for stepping up as goalie. Another exciting soccer game by the Blue Tigers.
