Indians earn first 'w'

Tuesday, April 11, Marshall Field: CALL Major Indians d. Home Team FALL Major Yankees

On a rainy, muddy April evening, the Indians put their first 'W' in the score column- an 8 - 3 victory over the FALL Major Yankees at Marshall Field.

'Johnsen & Johnson,' Steve and Bridger, shared the pitching duties. The rain-soaked notes show that Dylan Chatterjee had a walk and a hit, and Drew singled to center and later walked. In the bottom of the first, Bridger made a huge throw to second base to hold the Yankee runners. Hits by Steve, Bridger, and Ryan Ghaith kept the offense moving, aided by a number of walks and Siraj Patel taking advantage of a passed ball.

Congratulations, guys!
