The Mission Valley Special Education Local Planning Area will conduct a public hearing on April 10 to receive comment on the agency's 2005-06 Annual Budget and Service Plan, as required by the California State Department of Education.

The Mission Valley SELPA is a consortium of the special education departments of the Fremont, New Haven and Newark School Districts. Copies of the Mission Valley SELPA plan are available for inspection at the special education office in each district or on the Mission Valley SELPA website at www.fremont.k12.ca.us/MVSELPA.
