Local Residents Respond Positively to New Health Care Resource
The results are in. Patients at Nakamura Clinic, Union City, have rave reviews for the new facility and are pleased with the high quality of care that the clinic offers. Washington Hospital's newest primary and urgent care clinic benefiting the residents of Union City began accepting urgent care patients Monday, Jan. 16.
Medical director, Dr. Hoang Trinh, says he couldn't be more pleased with the clinic. "The clinic is great; it's truly amazing," Dr. Trinh says. "The staff loves it, and I can't say enough good things about it."

Urgent care patients are accepted on a walk-in basis and Dr. Trinh says wait times and medical costs are often reduced by visiting the clinic in the case of small emergencies, rather than traveling to the ER.
If you are unsure whether you should go to the ER, the medical staff at Nakamura Clinic, Union City can evaluate your condition and refer you to the ER if necessary, according to Dr. Trinh.

The clinic's staff includes Dr. Trinh, as well as the clinic's office manager, friendly receptionists, medical assistant and X-ray technician, who work together to provide patients with the best possible experience.
The clinic provides services for the entire family, including well-child checkups, which many times can identify previously undiagnosed health conditions such as blood disorders, growth problems and learning disorders.
"The patients that I have seen were very impressed by the facility," Dr. Trinh says, noting compliments he received for the clinic's design and waiting area. "Many people have commented that the clinic is close to their homes. I've heard a lot of positive things."
