Holiday Lights
Once again the Tri-Cities have decorated homes and offices to welcome the holiday season. The following is an abbreviated list of some homes and areas that are noteworthy. All of us at Tri-City Voice wish our readers a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah. Additional listing suggestions are always welcome.
Fremont:
Crippsmas Place, Nicolet St.
Lights, cameras, action can be found in abundance along the streets of this neighborhood. Although the founder of this well-known attraction has moved, the area is still filled with colorful characters in wood and lights. Visit every evening through the end of the year. Donations accepted for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
38643 Glencoe Dr.
This collection of animated art is an annual event courtesy of Richard Gonzales and his friend Steve McCown. Always on the "don't miss" list, display is lit between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. every night until New Year's Eve.
Espada Ct. and Zacate Pl.
If Victorians are your passion, this is a wonderful place to visit. Here these grand homes are dressed up for the holidays with cutouts and lights. Drop by to be awed by the displays and give a donation to Sister John Marie's Pantry.
