November 15, 2005 > Help decorate 'Crippsmas Place'

It's that time of year again! And one of Fremont's most famous and visited holiday decorated neighborhoods, Crippsmas Place, needs your help to paint plywood cartoon holiday decorations Friday - Sunday, November 18 - 20.

Over 50 Crippsmas Place residents have decorated their neighborhood for over 30 years, inviting community members to walk or drive through their neighborhood during the holidays. Each year, nearly 150,000 people visit the festive neighborhood to see hundreds of cartoon characters including Spiderman, Harry Potter, Lilo and Stitch, Disney and Looney Toons characters as well as traditional characters including a twenty-four-foot Santa Claus.
