Is it harder than you expected to be a parent? Are you worried about your baby or toddler?

If you answered "yes" to these questions, the Infant Toddler Program staff can meet with you and your child in your home or our office to discuss your concerns about your infant or toddler, support you as a parent, assist you to get services for your family and help you and your child communicate and enjoy each other.

This program is offered to families with children under 5 years old who live in Fremont, Newark or Union City.

Affordable fees are based on income and family size. Some insurance accepted including MediCal.
