The Bay Aerials Gymnastics compulsory teams competed at meets on two consecutive weekends in early October. The first competition was at Airborne Gymnastics in Santa Clara and both the Level 5 and Level 6 teams took home the first place team awards.

In the Level 5 competition, Bay Aerials swept the top three all-around awards in the child division. Ariana Harger placed 1st, Sylvie Seilnacht won 2nd, and her twin, Sofie, placed 3rd in the all-arounds. In the individual events, Ariana was 1st in all four events, Sylvie placed 2nd on bars and floor, and Sofie placed 2nd on beam and 3rd on bars and floor. In the junior age group Katy DeGuzman placed first on three events, vault, beam and floor and won the all-arounds. Rounding up the Level 5s were three gymnasts in the senior division. The following weekend, Bay Aerials hosted a meet at the Burnham Pavilion at Stanford University. The Level 5s took home a 3rd place team award and the Level 6s won the 1st place team award.

In the Level 5 competition, the younger group put on a strong performance. Sylvie Seilnacht took 2nd on beam and tied for 3rd on floor awarding her the 2nd place in the all-arounds. Sofie Seilnacht's beautiful floor routine won her the event. In the middle age division, Ariana Harger once again took the 1st place all-arounds by winning the vault and floor events. In the older group, Katherine Sieverding showed her dominance on vault by finishing 1st. Katy DeGuzman tied for 5th on floor, Keri Kodama placed 7th and Hannah Lachman's beam routine awarded her 8th place in the event.

The Level 6s did not disappoint at this competition. In the younger group, Lacy Dagen placed 1st on beam and floor and won her very first all-around title. Isabelle Castillo placed 1st on bars, tied for 2nd on floor and placed 3rd on vault. She finished 2nd in the all-arounds.
