Top Players: Roquell Martinez - Outstanding defense; Yvette Cuellar - Outstanding midfield play; Nicole Stone - Outstanding midfield play; Shayla Funk - Outstanding defense; Jocelyn Chiou - 4 Goalkeeper Saves.

FC Fremont Storm battled the Livermore Fury to a 0-0 standoff on Saturday. Sabrina Singh, Janelle Herrera and Shayla Funk turned in strong defensive performances in this back-and-forth game.

Against the division-leading Mustang Fury, Storm's Jocelyn Chiou notched four goalkeeper saves, Roquell Martinez and Hannah Welker sparkled on defense, and Yvette Cuellar and Nicole Stone led the offensive attack with strong midfield play. Fremont hustled and played a spirited game from end to end.
