On Saturday, October 8 the Blue Crush played the Strikers. What an exciting game! Two undefeated teams battling it out to a 2-2 tie. The girls never gave up during the first half being down 2-0. It would have been so easy for the team to give up and let up in the second half, but if anything, the girls stepped up and played even harder. Claire McLaggen scored the first goal in the second half with an assist from Alanna Mozzetti. Katie Frazer scored the second goals to tie up the game. The whole team played 110 percent.

On Monday, October 10, the Blue Crush team 220 remains un-defeated after a hard game against Aqua Fresh team 230. An excellent game was played by both teams. Goals scored by Blue Crush were by Elizabeth Mooney and Alanna Mozzetti. Excellent defense was played by Paige Rath, Kellianne Elliott, Jamie Camello, Katie Frazer and Payal Makhijani.
