Are you a trash artist? Do you make art treasures from people's throwaways or work with recycled materials, collage and assemblage? Do you own an art car or create your own funky garden art? Then come on down to the Trash Artists Supply Sale in Niles. You can find hunks of wood, chunks of metal, cloth remnants, broken toys and random pieces of junk. Almost everything is under $1.
