Planning to use a contractor for a remodeling project? Learn how to choose a contractor, questions to ask, warning signs of crooked contractors, planning with design professionals and features of good legal contracts with Dan Mackay of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) at Newark Library. This is a free, drop-in event. No registration is required. The workshop is co-sponsored by the Newark Library and NARI, a nonprofit organization that promotes professionalism and ethics in the remodeling industry. Handouts will be provided.

The Newark Library is wheelchair accessible. An ASL interpreter will be available with 7 days notice.
