Grab your board and get ready for the Union City Skateboard Competition, Saturday, May 14.

Registration and practice begin at 9:30 a.m. with competition starting at 10:30 a.m. All skill levels are welcome and participants under 18 must have a waiver on file or have one completed by a parent or guardian. Participants are required to wear knee and elbow pads and helmets.

Judging will be based on style, skills (tricks, skating rails and ramps), content (number of tricks performed), speed and use of the space (number of total park elements skated during session). Awards will be given to first, second and third place finishers in all competitions.
