April 19, 2005 > Meeting to discuss the new Niles fire station scheduled

A community meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27 at 7 p.m. at the Veteran's Hall in Niles to discuss the site and design of a new Niles fire station. The $51 million Fire Safety Bond, approved by voters in 2002, will fund the project. Project Manager Rob Kalkbrenner noted that a site has been identified for the station and community input is invited.
