Nouvelle Bistro, On a Path to Perfection
Sheena Chang and Jeffrey Huang, owners of Nouvelle Bistro, want to present the pinnacle of dining to their customers. At Nouvelle Bistro, attention to detail is of paramount importance in food preparation, presentation, ambiance and service. They know that it takes a special place to entice Tri-City visitors and residents to change dining habits and include their new upscale restaurant in their repertoire.
Discriminating diners who frequent local white tablecloth restaurants and travel to others in the greater Bay Area to experience fine dining now have another choice. Nouvelle Bistro will soon make it to the top of any list. Diners are welcomed by an elegant dˇcor and a warm, sincere greeting by staff. Attention to diners' comfort is never in question without an overpowering, hovering presence. Nouvelle Bistro joins restaurants that have achieved such panache and set themselves apart; the result of intense planning, superior food preparation and staff training. Since opening its doors November 2004 and continually training staff and refining its menu, Nouvelle Bistro is well on its way to achieving the pinnacle of such distinction.
Specializing in "Asian Fusion" cuisine, Nouvelle Bistro diners will immediately recognize basic ingredients, but revel in their presentation and the subtle flavors which are the result of an infusion of light seasonings that while familiar, defy exact translation. For those who like Rib Eye Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Calamari, Tofu, BBQ Pork Ribs or Lobster, wait until you have a chance to experience the Nouvelle Bistro difference! Salad, soup and appetizers are equally enticing as well as a group of desserts that will extend a meal to heavenly heights.
"Asian Fusion cooking is a blend of the Orient with French and California flair," said Lily Talbott, manager of Nouvelle Bistro. "We use traditional ingredients such as lamb chops or chicken breasts and infuse them with Asian spices and present them in a California style with French flair." Nouvelle Bistro is dedicated to offering "a menu that is pleasing to the eye and palate, presented in a tranquil setting; a place to feel special and truly enjoy the atmosphere, your company and a meal with great, attentive service." The goal according to Talbott is a "memorable experience."
The restaurant seats 100 diners and includes a VIP room where up to seven people can experience private dining. Nouvelle Bistro also boasts a private banquet room that seats up to 40 and includes a separate entrance and patio and is fully equipped with a projector screen, microphone and internet connection.
