Make Your Job Search Work for Youby Linda Harris
Find out what type of job is best for you by attending one of the free workshops at the Union City Library on Tuesday, November 9th from 1 to 3 p.m. or the Newark Library on Tuesday, November 16th from 1 to 3 p.m. Workshop participants will complete and score the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and participate in small group exercises. This workshop will help you take control of your search for a meaningful and satisfying career. The workshops are led by career specialist Gloria Taffee of the Tri-Cities One-Stop Career.
Workshops are limited to 15 participants and registration is required, please call (510) 745-1464 Ext. 7 to register for the Union City workshop, (510) 795-2627 for the Newark workshop, or the Career Center at (510) 742-2323 to register for either workshop. These workshops are co-sponsored by the Alameda County Library and the Tri-Cities One-Stop Career Center, Newark.
The Alameda County Libraries are wheelchair accessible.
