The City of Fremont and the Rental Housing Owners Association of Southern Alameda County will sponsor a one-day certification program for all owners and managers of single family and multi-family residential rental properties who operate in the Tri-Cities area. Certification will include a comprehensive understanding of the crucial elements of effective property management.
