The City of Fremont and the Rental Housing Owners Association of Southern Alameda County will sponsor a one-day certification program for all owners and managers of single family and multi-family residential rental properties who operate in the Tri-Cities area. Certification will include a comprehensive understanding of the crucial elements of effective property management.

Seminar topics include: Understanding Landlord/Tenant Law; Successful Landlording: Complying with Fair Housing Law; Legal Questions & Answers; Fremont Residential Rent Increase Dispute Resolution Ordinance (RRIDRO); Tenant Screening Issues; Apartment Preservation: Housing Stock Priorities; and more...
