Handmade crafts, live music, art, food, wine and local artists will greet visitors to the Union City Festival of the Arts in the Old Alvarado section of Union City around Paddy's Coffee House on Smith Street. Jazz will dominate the airwaves while local artists and vendors offer dazzling sights from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 9th.
