During this difficult time, we in Mended Hearts, Chapter 110, Fremont, California would like you to know that you are not alone and extend our sincere wishes to you for a successful recovery and good health.

Mended Hearts volunteers have sent you this packet with the hope that your spirits will be lifted by knowing that others have "gone before you". Our volunteers are survivors themselves and our goal is to help others see that life with heart disease can still be full and rewarding. We hope that these words will be encouraging to you.
