Fremont 4th of July Parade Meetings, 7 p.m., at Los Cerritos Community Center, 3377 Alder Avenue, near American High School on Thursday May 6 and June 10). The 6th Annual Fremont 4th of July Parade; hosted by North Fremont/Ardenwood parade will be on Sunday, 7/4/04 starting at 11:00 a.m.
The parade will begin at Tamayo (near Decoto), and head south, ending at American High School. 'Let Freedom Ring' is this year's theme; and the organizers are looking forward to a significant number of entries from the Warm Springs area, and all parts of Fremont Newark and Union City.
Ray Pulver is again taking the parade entries at: upbeatparades@aol.com. The organizers have set up web sites at: www.fremontonline.org and www.fremont4thofjulyparade.org. There is no entry fee for non profit/community groups or individuals this year. Sponsorships are available for businesses.
