Local Business Women Catwalk for a Cause
Local Business Women and Breast Cancer Survivors will take to the runway at the 2nd annual Y-Me Breast Cancer Spring Fashion Show. Joellen Sutterfield, Sales Mgr with Weekenders USA, a mix and match clothing company for women, is excited to host this event in honor of her Mother who is a two time Breast Cancer Survivor and close friends now facing the fight. Weekenders new Spring Fashions that claim comfort, versatility and style will be premiered. "From Grandma's to Teen's and everything in between is what you'll see on the runways this season," states Sutterfield, a national known speaker and top manager in the company.
The event is being held at the Holiday Inn Express, 5977 Mowry Ave, across from the Newpark Mall. Doors open at 10a.m., program 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Local Restaurants and Business's have donated Door Prize drawing gifts that will benefit the YME National Breast Cancer Organization.
