Please note that the uncaptioned photographs shown on the front page of the February 3, 2004 Tri-City Voice with the title "Love, Victorian Style" were taken by "What's Happening" in conjunction with the City of Fremont's 2002 4th July Parade in Niles. The models are Niles community members who volunteered to pose in costumes I designed or coordinated to promote the parade's turn-of-the-century theme. Models are from left to right Kristen Sheridan, Dirk Visser, Julianne Pagan, Michael McNiven, Leah Anderson and Johan Janson.

The Tri-City Voice played a generous role in promoting our old-fashioned 4th July Parade, shining the spotlight on historic Niles and all the elements that make our community unique and charming. Thank you!
