She graduated on December 11th in Class #153, one of three women out of 52 graduates. Lynn ranked 26th in her class with an overall score of 89.88%. She completed and passed 26 state mandated tests in addition to receiving a 97% score in Practical Field Exercises, a 98% score in Report Writing, a 100% score in Driver's Training, a 98.43% score in Firearms and 100% score in Weaponless Defense.

Lynn was sworn in on December 16th by her Police Chief, Claudia Neal and is working as a Peace Officer for the California State University Police Department. Lynn plans to reside in Bakersfield and will start a Masters Degree Program in the fall at CSUB.

Lynn would like to thank Officer Terry Bannett of the Fremont Police for taking her on a ride-along when she was in high school. This sparked her desire to become a police officer. We are very proud to have a Peace Officer and college graduate in our family!
